Configuration options are rarely changed but, if they are, should generally not be changed in the middle of the month. Some options may be changed after an End of Month and before any new transactions have commenced for the new month.
The Micronet system is extremely flexible in how it can be configured to suit individual company requirements. Even where multiple companies exist in a single Micronet installation, the company and system parameters can be different for each company.
The configuration process consists of selecting from a series of options which tailor the system to operate correctly for each company without significant development. Most of the configuration described in the following sections is performed by a Micronet representative or authorised reseller during the initial setup of your Micronet system to customise Micronet to your company's requirements.
